I just wanted to make this quick post to let you know I have upgraded my support desk today to Kayako eSupport which is a far more robust system than the free one I was previously using. But why am I telling you this? Well many of you who frequently use my support desk to contact either myself or a member of my customer support will have had to register an account to login and send a ticket, since I have changed the desk your login details will no longer be valid. But you don't need to worry about this because I have set the desk up so you don't HAVE to register if you want to contact me, simply head over to the support area and click on the 'Submit Ticket' link. I'd be more than happy to recieve a test ticket or two!

Was the upgrade really neccesary? It certainly was! I have a few new products I'm currently working on , that I know you are going to love, which I'm planning to release in the early part of this year and I always strive to provide the best customer support possible. The new support desk will enable me to control, manage and answer tickets away from my office, build up a comprehensive knowledge base and allow me, and the people I'm currently working with, to support multiple digital products and online services.

In addition to the new desk you will also notice I have re-structured my blog categories to make finding past information on the blog a lot easier (part sof this are still a work in progress), thanks to Mark and Rochelle for inspiring me to do this!. I have also added a members only forum which will act as another medium of  knowledge and support for Affiliate Wizard customers and visitors as time goes on. I am doing all of this and A LOT more in a drive towards expanding my business and striving to achieve my goals in 2010. How is your year coming along so far?

For the remainder of this week and into next, I am planning on focusing on something slightly different by making a few posts dedicated to Flipping websites in the online marketplace for profit, including:
