CompariPress Goes SEO Friendly!
For a while now we've being getting a few emails asking about whether SEO/cloaked URLs for the affiliate links contained within the CompariPress PCU could be added to CompariPress PCU ... well the good new is we've just released an update for the plugin which enables you to cloak all of the outbound affiliate links within the PCUs you display in your WordPress pages or posts. That's cloaked affiliate links for all Amazon products, Linkshare products and CJ products.
We have also added several other smaller features which have enhanced the usability of our price comparison plugin for WordPress.
We have also been getting a few other common questions/requests so I thought I'd take the time to answer them here.
What Sort Of Site Does CompariPress Work Well On?
CompariPress enables you to list products from Amazon, Amazon marketplace, Linkshare and Commission Junction (and soon Affiliate Window) in a price comparison format within the pages and/or posts of your WordPress affiliate website. Because it enables you to display products in this way, CompariPress is the perfect monetization method for small and large product review websites (especially those built using N1Way), but you don't have to use restrict yourself there, CompariPress will fit nicely into any type of website where you want to display offers for a single or multiple varieties of product.
Do You Offer A Trial Version Of CompariPress?
Absolutely, in fact we go one step better than that, we offer a FULL version of CompariPress PCU at a trial price of just $7 for the first 30 days. At the end of the 30 days period you can cancel your subscription or choose to upgrade to a lifetime license for a single low price and continue using the plugin for as long as you wish.
Will There Be Future Updates?
There sure will! Since we released CompariPress almost two weeks ago we have made many tweaks an added many updates to the plugin to benefit our current and future users and we still have more updates planned! One of the bigger updates which we will be releasing soon will be the addition of Affiliate Window to our list of Affiliate Networks supported by CompariPress.
For those of you who already own our plugin, I have sent out an email today with the latest plugin update, for those of you who don't have CompariPress what are you waiting for?
As always, if you have any questions submit them below.

Hi, Ben
I have read review about comparipress plugin. It’s great!
But there are some addition that I hope you will make it.
1) Shipping information. I think it’s very important.
2) For Amazon marketplace, there are many merchant in there. Could you display their name chosen list instead Amazon marketplace logo only.
Cheer!
Teerin
Hi Terrin,
Thanks for stopping by. The problem with those is that:
1) The shipping information isn’t available for all merchants across all networks and therefore whether or not it’s displayed would be inconsistent.
2) As far as I am aware Amazon don’t provide this via the API feed which would mean that adding a merchant image for each would have to be done manually.
Thanks
Ben
Hi Ben,
Thanks for your fast reply.
I have more question.
for 1) If shipping information is displayed inconsistent. Are there the way to display shipping information properly ?
for 2) you mean, we can add image for comparison table manually ?
Please explain more.
Thank you
Teerin
Teerin,
1) Shipping information is not provided by ALL APIs, shipping information is only provided as a parameter by the Amazon API and not the Linkshare or CJ APIs. Therefore there wouldn’t be any shipping information to display.
You can add merchant images manually if you wish but Amazon does not give a way to distinguish who the items are for sale with in the API feed.
Thanks
Ben
Are there plans to include Shareasale at some point?
Yes potentially in the future.
