Does this course only apply to Halloween?

The simple answer is no! The techniques and training that Brian gives you can be easily applied to any niche market throughout the year, including other national holidays such as Christmas and Easter. The reason that Halloween is such a great time to 'cash in' is that there is an urgency amongst online buyers, and if you can target those buyers there is some real cash to be made.

Do the sites only make money on Halloween?

Some will and some won't. You will still find that you get sales throughout the year from people going to costume parties etc but the sales won't be as high as they are around the Halloween period.
