Tried to get into my account yesterday and was told in big red letters that my account email or username were incorrect. I had saved my passwords in password manager and I had them written down at home. I have made good earnings from both this month so far and from last month which was pending payment so as you can imagine I am not happy.
I have sent an email to the epn support who got back to me today and said:
Dear Ben,
Thank you for contacting us regarding the status of your application.
I've been through our database but haven't been able to find an eBay
Partner Network account linked to the email address you wrote to us from
EDITED OUT EMAIL ADDY
Security is our first priority here at eBay Partner Network and we're
anxious to prevent our members' accounts from being compromised. That's
why we can only respond to your queries if they come from the email
address that's registered with your eBay Partner Network account.
So please send your query again, this time using the email address
registered with your eBay Partner Network account.
Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to your response so that
we can resolve this matter as soon as possible.

So it would seem as though he has the wrong end of the stick when it comes to this support query, he cannot find an application matching that email? Would that be because I am an active member and not awaiting an application!
Goodness these people really get on my nerves, I have a lot of traffic coming to many of my sites especially some new ones I have rencently built and I dont want to loose any commissions becuase of their foul ups.
Well EPN does it again. Ill keep you updated and let you know the outcome, maybe i've been banned and they're just not telling me.
Anyway rant over, I hope you have a good weekend, remember to get some R&R and not spend too much time on the phpbay, bans and other affiliate sites, family come first.

What a pain Ben and I’m so sorry to hear it. There are days I get up and just expect to see what you’ve seen. It gets on my nerves as well. So far my sites are still intact and active.
I have heard so much about sites just being shut down it has me second guessing myself and the idea of starting another site just plain scares me.
