I have just completed a Niche Template site called GreatNicheTemplates.com, all the templates on the site are free, there may be some paid ones added here and there in the future but only with premium themes.
The site will have templates for wordpress built by myself and others along with Build A Niche Store Templates, phpBay Ecommerce style templates and wordpress BANS integration templates. You can download the majority of the templates directly from the site and if they don't have installation instructions with the template then they can be found directly on the site.
I will be taking requests for those who want to list their own templates on the site, simply use the contact form provided to send me your request and I will review it and hopefully get your template on the site for others to download.
All support requests for the themes must be made directly through the third party theme designer, I will however provide minimal support for my own free themes.
The aim of the site is to give you guys a place to go to download great looking themes for your niche sites. More themes are coming and more authors will be adding their themes to the site so please bookmark it and come back whenever you can.
