After putting it off for weeks and weeks I have finally gotten together the time to install a support desk. It's simple and easy to use and best of all it was completely FREE which I really love.

At present I am trying to streamline things a little more, I seem to spend a lot of time doing simple stuff like organising email folders and emails and just generally housekeeping tasks, which I really hate as they take my focus away from my main purpose. Also every time I launch a new product or website I have yet another email to manage and set-up, which again is just a little time wasting and somewhat annoying.
I am hoping that the support desk makes things easier for my customers and readers as well, I know many people don't like support ticket systems but I have to say that I do. From a support point of view the ticket system option will allow me to handle questions in a much quicker and more organised fashion.
