ePN have recently made some big changes to their RSS feed links and this has resulted in broken cloaked/SEO friendly links to eBay. It's not really a shock that this issue hasn't been properly communicated throughout the eBay community or with third party developers. It just re-inforces my beleif that most big corporations have a VERY BIG issue with communication.
Anyway, rant aside, make sure you check your ePN cloaked links on ALL of your sites. At the moment it's only my BANS sites which are having issues and so I have turned cloaked links OFF, my phpBay sites seem to be okay and I'm sure Wade will be onto the issue in any case.

No problem Olivia, it seems that it’s only affecting BANS US sites at the moment and Tao (on the BANS forum) has been kind enough to come up with a fix for it.
Have you also seen the Critical update posted by Wade Wells over on the PHPbay forum, on February 10. Ebay have a new link structure for Ebay affiliate links so you need to update the coding if using PHPbay Pro – this doesn’t affect phpbay lite. So if this hasn’t dropped into your email box you might want to pop over to the PHPbay forum.

Hi Cherie,
Thanks for that, yes I saw it yesterday and spent most of the day updating my sites. Have you manage to update yours okay?
Ben
Hi Ben
I think so! What I didn’t realise was that there was also an update to phpbay pro itself which means I have to do the wp sites all over again along with the geo target mods and google analytics mods – oh joy!
Strangely I never did have a problem with any BANS sites.
Cherie´s last blog ..Rick Stein’s Food Heroes: Recipes Inspired by the Champions of Good Food
Thats a pain, it’s such a big update which ePN should have communicated properly but then that’s ePN what did we expect.
PS
FYI the security code on this blod doesn’t seem to be stopping me posting if I forget to put the code in

That’s strange, I’ll take a look into it, it may be because I automatically approve posts for people who have been approved into the past.
Thanks for pointing it out.
